RETURN & REFUND POLICY

Thanks for shopping at ​Re+. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.

Returns

You have ​14 calendar days from the date of dispatch to return an item. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Your item must be in the original packaging. Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds

Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your return after inspecting the item.

If it is evident the return has been used we will automatically cancel any form of credit or replacement. If your return is approved, we will initiate a credit or replacement. Please note we do not offer monetary refunds.

Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, consumers may be entitled to a refund, replacement, repair and/or compensation where goods are faulty or not as described; you are required to provide the following;

  • a requirement to produce the original receipt
  • a requirement to return the goods unused and in unopened packaging. If product has been opened/used we cannot accept any returns and will not offer any compensation.
  • a deadline for returns (14 days from date of dispatch)
  • an offer to exchange or offer a credit note, but not to refund. We do not offer monetary refunds.

Shipping

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non​refundable.
